Mr. Horace "Ray" Robertson was born on May 27, 1963 in Randolph County, AL to the late Horace Bailey and Dorothy Robertson.

Ray attended Randolph County High School, and formally worked in the construction industry as a brick mason, and also worked for 20 plus years at Plantation Patterns, and was a beloved team leader until his health began to fail.

Mr. Robertson was taught the Love of God from an early age and attended Pine Flat Primitive Baptist Church under the leadership of Elder Thomas Knight.

He was a loving brother, uncle and friend and was known for his love in Western movies and was often seen wearing his Cowboy hat.

On June 3, 2025 Ray answered the masters call from Labor to Reward at Tanner Medical Center- East Alabama in Wedowee. He was preceded in death by his mother, father, surrogate parents Marty Green and Alice Knight. Three sisters: Jerri Lee Marable, Brenda Goodwin, and Mary Pearson, and a loving and special friend; Alida "Red" Stribling.

Ray leaves to cherish his memories; Son; Allen Kane Tribling of Neuvo,CA. Six sisters: Lillie Robertson, Ann Robertson, and Minnie Trammell all of Wedowee, AL;Patsy Robertson and Mary Robertson of Carrollton, GA,  and Alice Knight of Georgia. Five brothers; John Robertson of Wedowee, AL; Sanders Robertson (Rhonda) of Roanoke, AL; Lewis Knight and Manuel Knight of Atlanta, Georgia. and Dallas Knight of North Carolina. Finally a host of other relatives and friends.
