Andrew Jones Jr. was born on April 3, 1968, in Newark, New Jersey, to the late Andrew and Donna Jones.
Andrew's love and devotion to his family were unwavering. He cherished his role as a father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. Known for his warm spirit and infectious sense of humor, Andrew had a remarkable ability to bring joy to those around him. No matter the circumstance, he could brighten any room and lift the spirits of anyone feeling discouraged. To know Andrew was truly to love him.
On Friday, May 8, 2026, Andrew Jones Jr. peacefully transitioned from this earthly life into eternal rest at his residence in Lineville, Alabama. His unexpected passing reunited him with his beloved parents and brother who preceded him in death.
Andrew leaves to cherish his precious memories his four loving daughters: LaTonya Heflin (Lemont Foster) of LaGrange, Georgia; Andrell Nunn (Fredderick) of Wedowee, Alabama; Porsche Tolbert (Marvell) of Lakeland, Florida; and Shabrika Hardy (Cortina) of Anniston, Alabama. Four devoted sons: Andrew Jones III of Lakeland, Florida; Antonio Baker (Shantaria) of Carrollton, Georgia; and Jayden Brock and Tristan Brock of Hokes Bluff, AL. Fourteen grandsons: Mecose Todd, Mackeldrick Nunn, Elijah Chambers, Joshawia Davis, Marquez Chambers,Quincy Nunn, Jamaal Terry Jr., Musiq Todd, Adrian Tolbert, Mecca Tolbert, Andrew Jones IV, Ayden Jones, and Jikia Jones; and five granddaughters: Zeykeria Nunn, Azaria Montgomery, Regan Jones, Jada Baker and Nygeria Nunn. He also leaves one adored great-granddaughter, N'zala Wesley. Four loving sisters: Mary Ann Jones, Tammy Cox (Felix), Shakir Morgan (Ronnie), and Veronica Hunter; two devoted brothers: Edward Jones and Luis Hudson; three caring aunts: Linda Thomas, Annie Ball, and Ada Hardy (Billy); and three uncles: Clifford Berry (Ruth), Hubert Berry (Mary Nell), and Frank Jones. Andrew also leaves behind a special friend, Toni Jones, along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many dear friends who will forever cherish his memory.
